Refund Policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at jntuniqueboutique@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping will only be paid by JNT Unique Boutique for damaged or defective items. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, gifted, or free items.

Disclaimer: JNT Unique Boutique sells genuine .925 sterling silver jewelry. Sterling silver is sensitive to water, sweat, chemicals, and can also cause allergic reactions for some people. For these reasons JNT Unique Boutique will not consider tarnished jewelry as a as damaged or defective item and will not accept returns for any the above listed conditions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
